~ The purpose of this position within Dealer & Field Systems is to provide support to Dealer & Field Systems business sustaining system projects and production systems; focusing on Enterprise Dealer Data related coordination and execution. Directly reporting to the Sr. Manager, Dealer & Field Systems, this position will maintain the growth of Enterprise Dealer Data related activities or projects by being responsible for communicating, collaborating and handling the development and execution of all activities for Data Governance, Data Privacy and Regulatory Compliance related to the Dealer Data Exchange.
~ Support the planning and establishment of Enterprise Dealer Data Team (EDDT).
~ Support the planning and establishment of Dealer Data Steward Committee (DDS).
~ Plan, research and facilitate systems related activities and technologies, and assist with the development of Dealer Data Exchange (DDE).
~ Assist the development of Dealer Data Portal (DDP).
~ Develop 3rd Party Certification Process.
~ Develop and provide communication and training on DDE related systems, guidelines, documents and procedures.
~ Collaborate with Purchasing to maintain and update the Data Services Agreement List.
~ Review and handle the data preference and permission requests.
~ Keep abreast regulatory development internal and external policies and legislation.
~ Support Privacy to Assess and Implement Regulatory Compliance on Data & Communications.
~ Regulate Dealer Data Exchange Processes.
~ Conduct research and provide recommendations for upper management on system related tasks.
~ Monitor and maintain project related activities, generate/distribute project related documents/reports and other general system support activities.
~ Resource Management – Monitor and assess performance of other individuals or organizations to make improvement or take corrective action on system projects.
~ Convert user requirements into detailed systems design specifications.
~ Test all system activities for DDE platform to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications.
~ Support DDE inbound and outbound data transactions to ensure compliance.
~ Coordinate, facilitate and conduct meetings as required or needed.
~ Provide meeting minutes/notes/recap with next steps and action items.
~ Manage and track the master project plan (MPP), and report progress status on activities/tasks.
~ The authority involves system decision making including appropriate software or platform solution recommendations including vendor selection of software applications.
~ Review and approve system enhancements and modifications.
~ Bachelor’s degree preferred.
~ Master’s degree a plus.
~ Five to six years of work experience with emphasis on IT related background required.
~At least three to five years of data architecture preferred.
~ At least three to five years of regulatory compliance background preferred.
~ At least three years of experience in the automotive industry highly desirable.
~ MS Office, Project, Visio required.
~ Experience in SQL, Databases and systems design/analysis.
~ MS SharePoint, and Adobe Suite experience a plus.
~ Experience in project assistance, coordination, management highly desirable, preferably as a liaison between business units and IT functions.

~ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
~ Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot system concerns and design efficient process flows.

~ Able to effectively oversee system design that encompasses various departments’ and partners’ needs.
~ Ability to work independently or under only very general direction.
~ Demonstrate ability to interpret business processes and communicate these effectively to IT project teams.
~ Able to handle multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously with attention to timelines and deadlines.
~ Able to manage competing priorities in a time pressured environment.
~ Ability to be a self-directed team player.
~ Ability to interact with vendors, clients and field personnel effectively in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
~ Positive, proactive team player with upbeat attitude.
~ Exhibit strong leadership skills.

~ Compliance certification preferred.
