Product Compliance Coordinator (1603730)
As a Product Compliance Coordinator, you will provide monitoring and strategic guidance of key issues related to regulatory Maximum Residue Level (MRL) inconsistencies which impact BASF agricultural chemicals.
You will be responsible for globally harmonizing North American MRLs and working to obtain import tolerances for BASF Agricultural Products, eliminating trade barriers for North American customers and maximizing product sales.
Formula for Success: You Will
- Provide guidance to registration managers and business personnel for issues related to MRLs/import tolerances in Asian Countries
- Work with the North American MRL manager to compile current commodity export data, determine were import tolerances should be pursued for new active ingredients in development, and/or new uses for currently registered active ingredients
- Represent BASF on Regional and Global Working Groups, which have the ability to influence MRL issues in countries importing North American commodities
- Plan, budget and help prepare Japanese import tolerance dossiers; Help coordinate IT petitions into S. Korea, Taiwan and other key Asian countries
