The Program Manager plays a key role in the Digital Business organization responsible for managing and facilitating day-to-day program and project activity. Working with the Digital Business Operations Leader, the Program Manager works across the Digital Business organization to ensure operational efficiency and alignment, document and communicate program/project status, perform both process and project management, and serve as a point of engagement for stakeholders across the enterprise. The Program Manager leads a team of Digital Analysts focused on project execution, facilitation and communications.
Ensure individual project implementation efforts are aligned with overall program roadmap.
Establish and execute program/project status reporting plan (includes overall health of the program).
Monitor and report on progress of projects, track and report status of program budget.
Develop standard templates to effectively communicate across key stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate program demand management and intake processes.
Manage staff of Digital Analysts supporting project execution and program facilitation.
Develop milestone-level project plans, schedules and targets.
Manage projects according to plan and roadmap, ensuring scope integrity and successful completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
Risks, Issues and Dependencies Management
Identify, resolve and escalate (as required) potential risks, issues, and changes that become barriers.
Identify and communicate cross-project/program issues and interdependencies .
Support Digital Business Operations Leader as a stakeholder interface and point of engagement for cross-functional initiatives related to the Digital Business roadmap.
Work across the Digital Business program to facilitate collaboration and alignment.
Work with and manage vendors per agreements, schedules and operating patterns.
Contribute to the Digital Business pillar of identifying trends, insights and best practices around Digital operations, customer experience and technology.
BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline.
5-7 years experience in program/project management or a related area.
Demonstrated knowledge of program management processes, requirements and best practices.
Understanding of Agile project management and execution methodologies. Ability to operate in this manner.
Demonstrated experience developing and sustaining sound, repeatable, efficient processes, including project intake, status/progress reporting and communication, and demand management.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and influence others without direct authority.
Outcome oriented. Define, track and measure KPIs.
Understanding and application of scope integrity, and timeline/budget adherence.
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize work, and multi-task across several assignments.
Ability to direct work of others.
Ability to understand, digest and apply technical concepts, and align to business objectives.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
Ability to work with minimal direction in a constantly evolving fast-paced environment.

Experience working in a B2B/manufacturing organization.
