You will lead the Coatings Division New Business Development (NBD) project technical activities in North America by translating technical market needs into experimental plans for development of new coating solutions related to NBD projects or proposals.

Independently develop technical strategies for solving problems, design and perform hands-on experiments
Summarize and communicate results and recommend next steps
Knowledge coating technology as well as a diverse & ever changing set of other material science topics. broad understanding of the field of polymers and coating science
ability to learn new techniques to perform the exploratory experimental work to support those activities
