JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities include developing and implementing the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for local and regional market; managing short and long term revenue growth and profitability of assigned regional and local market; integrating a variety of services and growing market/client share; guiding direct reports in client service orientation and consultative sales as well the effective, efficient and ethical operation of their respective teams and/or accounts; building a cohesive, diverse team dedicated to ongoing improvement of the company's service delivery platform and enhancing effective and rewarding client relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Operations
  • Ensures the integration of all functions; i.e. sales, marketing, finance, operations, project management, MIS, legal, human resources, etc.
  • Builds strong business operations and sets specific, measurable, challenging yet achievable goals and objectives.
  • Evaluates industry and business trends in local market area for potential impact on operations and responds with necessary business changes as indicated.
  • Formulates, negotiates and executes contracts with the client and vendors.

Business Development
  • Responsible for driving sales and strategic targeting of key markets/prospects for business growth opportunities.
  • Analyzes financial performance indicators and local market area activity. Targets key markets/prospects for business growth opportunities.
  • Generates powerful proposals and makes convincing presentations to achieve new business.
  • Collaborates with President, EMD, SMDs and MDs to develop a concise plan to accomplish the retention and acquisition of clients/markets, focusing on our value-add as
