Sanofi, Empowering Life The Manager, Platform Operations and Processes will be responsible for creation of support documentation for all platform processes and executing formal review process through Marketing Material Review Process (MMRP). The individual will be a key contributor to all platform project requirements and execution of testing to deliver solutions that provide the expected business value. The position will require fast decision-making related to technology platform projects that impact large and/or strategic customers, such as retailers, health systems, employers, and contract customers in deadline driven environment. Platform Process Documentation: Creation of all documentation in relation to the VaxServe technology platform; including functionality and processes for both internal and external stakeholders. Initiate review of all platform materials for submission through Marketing Material Review Process (MMRP) process; including but not limited to training guides, new functionality implementation, customer tutorials, presentations, etc. Distribute all required documentation to cross-functional teams; such as Marketing, Account Management, Business and Customer Operations and Customer Service. Production Issue Troubleshooting: Identify and/or research platform production issues impacting internal and external participants. Due diligence to investigate thoroughly, and escalate issues as needed. Individual will work side-by-side with ITS to actively troubleshoot issues and propose solutions for release within an acceptable timeline. Find relevant ways to communicate updates with project team, other departments and customers as needed. Communication: Schedule and communicate implementation plans for new functionality to business users and customers. Proactively communicate project updates to stakeholders. Actively participate in Unify Onboarding meetings, tasks and deliverables. Constructing and sharing detailed meeting minutes with the collective group on action items and next steps. |
