This position is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the CBRE-Client partnership to expand Client Business services to CBRE clients and tenants
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university required. 2 years' experience in selling role/providing support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Communication Skills: *Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Financial Knowledge: *Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis. Reasoning Ability: *Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. Other Skills and/or Abilities: *Technically savvy with solid experience Google Suite of systems, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Outlook, social media, internet *Familiarity with employee transportation programs; shuttle service, last-mile, ride share, etc. an advantage
