The Manager, Technical Services, Animal Nutrition is an exciting opportunity where you will develop and drive the regional strategy for technical service and customer support. You will develop research-based technical concepts and create unique value propositions for the target market area. Further, you will motivate and train sales and marketing team members to achieve or exceed targets, maintain relationships with universities to promote BASF products and assist in developing global R&D goals. You will also be responsible for identifying unrealized customer potential in particular in terms of quality and application of animal nutrition products. Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent Formula for Success
