| This role is part of the Enterprise Architecture & Platform organization in RPA (Robotics Process Automation). The DCM is responsible for identifying automation opportunities, as well as successful end to end delivery of IT services, innovation, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on excellence in service delivery. The DCM will partner with IT service providers, application vendors, BMS IT teams (IT Plan, Identity, Service Integration, Cyber Security, External Partner etc.) and business functions to ensure proper ongoing operations, as well as delivering new, or enhanced capabilities.
- Collaborate directly with business clients and IT Business Partners on delivery of RPA capabilities.
- Accountable for delivering on RPA project implementations and operational support commitments.
- Reviews and approves all RPA project related documentation
- Ensures project team adheres to SOX, ITQM, QA, Cyber Security, and Quality guidelines
- Participate in Security Risk Assessments, Application Vulnerabilities Assessments, SOX, and Audit reviews and remediation for the RPA applications
- Ensure RPA governance standards and processes are followed
- Review demand and change requests for support work related to RPA applications.
- Monitors and ensures IT delivery resources are appropriately engaged to meet project commitments.
- Support enterprise-wide RPA initiatives, i.e. RPA workshops, education campaigns, etc. to further promote BMS’s RPA capability
- Identify and promote automation opportunities across the business in order to realize cost savings
- Established understanding of IT change processes, and source code control and documentation necessary
