Essential Responsibilities •Supports VP Business and Finance Transformation •Supports Product cost analysis and make versus buy decisions •Calculates and prepares journal entries using JD Edwards, ensuring all standard entries have been recorded as required •Supports monthly & quarterly financial reporting tasks •Supports supplier negotiations and determination of true cost to the company of alternatives. •Assist in designing and implementing recharge processes to ensure cost is properly controlled and accounted for. •Support project cost analysis and plan attainment for Digital technologies •Assists in the monthly forecasting process, coordinating closely with functional departments and Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) •Handles special projects as assigned and required by the Corporate Controller’s Group •Handles additional duties as job responsibilities change, based upon alignment of processes within the organization Otis is the world leader in reliable, efficient and technologically advanced elevators, escalators and people-moving systems.
