Work you'll do:

• Advise and work with relevant stakeholders on fielding, integration, and tuning of a Defensive Cyber Operations suite
  
• Automated installation and configuration of Linux (CentOS) on various hardware; ensuring compliance with applicable Security Technical Implementation Guides
  
• Assist in troubleshooting applications/containers deployed on the Linux infrastructure
  
• Work with other team members on objectives to meet client timelines and goals
  
• Work in an environment including on-premises and potentially cloud-based deployments of Linux infrastructure components
  

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise Linux system administration and infrastructure support
  
• 3+ years of experience in administration and troubleshooting full stack engineering stacks
  
• Certifications required or within 60 days after hire date: CompTIA Security+
  
• Active Secret Security Clearance
  
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University
• Linux Certifications: Linux+, LPIC, RHCA, or RHCE
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with business as well as technical audience
  
• Experience with the following technologies: Docker, Puppet, ChatOps, Kickstart, Kafka, and ELK
  
• Cloud experience
  
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation.

 

Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts.
