Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

·       Taking an enterprise approach, implement and support manufacturing system Delmia Apriso as Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) that serves as end to end supply chain solution beyond just traditional MES.

·       Provide functional and technical support for Apriso solutions deployed in various manufacuturing domains such as batch, discrete and continuous processes.

·       Help implement and maintain processes for Master data setup for products and processes.

·       Support go-live / deployment and post go-live success of a Digital transformation through direct functional and technical support with the client

·       Assist project teams, business teams to verify the configurations/customizations in during development, testing, and deployment phases to verify an end-to-end solution for our clients

·       Provide technical solution options to fill the gaps in the application/functional requirements

·       Work with Deloitte Team members/ Project Managers/Senior Managers on end to end high level design discussions and long-term approach for sustaining the solution.

Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects, integrators, analytics experts, domain specialists to creative digital experts as well as cyber risk and human capital professionals. Qualifications

Required

•             Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, STEM, or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience in supporting MES applications

•             At least 3 years of experience in technology consulting and solutions architecture

•             At least 3 years of experience in Delmia Apriso Skills, integration with shop floor systems and ERP, PLM/other applications, and should have implemented at least 2-3 projects with role involving solution designing and architecture for Delmia Apriso

•             Proficient in defining and documenting technical requirements, creating and maintaining solution documentation, developing test plans and test cases, executing testing, and fixing issues

•             Excellent client communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements/processes and management expertise for large scale Product Development transformations

•             Ability to assist in workshops for requirements validation, data model design and configuration validation

•             Demonstrated team-building skills, analytical and problem-solving skills

•             Willingness to work in shifts to support different regions

•             Ability to work independently without much supervision

•             Must be willing to live and work in the Lake Mary, FL or Gilbert, AZ area

•             Must be willing to travel up to 20%

 

Preferred

·       Knowledge of MES Design, Development, Testing and Implementation processes. Experience in Apriso Global Manufacturing Suites.

·       Experience in using Apriso tools such as Global Process Manager, Schema Builder, Machine Integrator and Business Integrator

·       Experience in leading the team using Apriso Process Builder tool to develop screens and logics for business processes

·       Extensive experience in Apriso Flexnet modules Production, Quality and Warehousing.

·       Led atleast one MES implementation using Apriso version 9.x to 2018

·       Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

·       Internally motivator and work proficiently in a team environment as well as independently.
