Senior, Market Insights Analyst – Banking & Capital Markets

Work you’ll do

As a key member of the Center’s research team, the Senior Market Insights Analyst will contribute to the development of research and thought leadership outputs for use by our client service professionals in the Banking & Capital Markets practice and their clients. These include in-depth research reports, client presentations, case studies, articles, etc.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Contribute to—including authoring or co-authoring—thought leadership focused on banking and capital markets
• Generate new research ideas for thought leadership and perform whitespace analysis
• Conduct research using a variety of primary and secondary sources, including surveys, third-party research and databases, analyst reports, government publications, presentations, industry commentaries, and news articles
• Raise the profile and differentiation of our thought leadership by infusing it with insights derived from various types of data/evidence
• Build effective working relationships with subject matter experts within the firm and the external marketplace, and conduct effective interviews
• Coordinate with Marketing in deploying research/thought leadership through a variety of channels
• Manage key relationships and project deliverables with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to support implementation of an aggressive program of research and thought leadership

Deloitte’s Center for Financial Services (DCFS), part of the firm’s U.S. Financial Services practice, is a source of unique insights on the most important issues facing senior-level decision-makers across the financial services. We offer an integrated view of financial services issues, delivered through a mix of research, industry events and roundtables, and provocative thought leadership—all tailored to specific organizational roles and functions. DCFS is staffed by professionals who bring a wide array of deep, hands-on industry experience.

Preferred location is New York City. May require travel to attend offsite meetings, conferences, and/or training sessions.
