Seeking a Dynamic Test Engineer Lead with Public Trust Clearance!

What you’ll do:

• Verifies system and database full functionality after each set of database configuration changes and after each set of patches is applied in the Development, Test, Pre-Production and Production environments
  
• Oversees the development and execution of software test plans utilized to identify software and/or code issues
  
• Oversees the unit, system, integration, regression, performance and load, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), security, and Section 508 Compliance testing for each software release
  
• Oversee the development of a test automation plan to map out automation guidelines, test cases in/out of scope for automated testing, structure of the systems test suite, maintenance of the test modules, and schedule for implementation of the plan
  

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree
  
• 7+ years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience 
• 5+ years hands-on experience utilizing Automation test tools
  
• Understanding of agile methods & tools, web solutions automated testing and 508 Compliance
  
• Ability to maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
  
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership experience and the ability to adapt as needed
  
• Ability to identify and solve challenges and working with teams in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Previous experience as a Lead QA/Test Engineer or Manager
  
• Previous healthcare consulting experience
