Our CL Compliance and Operational Risk (COR) team partners with the businesses to implement strong compliance and operational risk management practices in an efficient, controlled, process-driven, and customer-focused manner.  This Business Risk and Control Manager within COR will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and monitoring of a risk-based compliance program for a business unit to assure compliance with federal, state, agency, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Manages the system and data associated with third party evaluations conducted on an internal tool, Agile Governance Tool, AGT.
• Manages the team that maintains the testing templates and documentation.
• Manages the team that creates and implements reports and analyzes data associated with the evaluations.
• Ensures coordination and communication between AGT users.
• Works with users to identify and resolve defects and/or enhancements.

• 2+ years of leadership experience demonstrated through work or military experience

• A BS/BA degree or higher

• SAS experience
• Report creation and production management experience
• Data management and various system management experience
• Consumer collections and/or loss mitigation experience or knowledge
• Knowledge and understanding of compliance or operational risk
• Quality control and/or assurance experience
• Testing and validation experience
• Knowledge of third party risk and policy
• Knowledge of federal regulations as they pertain to consumer lending and servicing operations as well as third party management
• Non-WFHM consumer product knowledge and SOR experience
• Ability to meet principal accountabilities with limited direction and oversight while prioritizing and organizing work with limited supervision while still meeting deadlines
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
