The Program Manager is responsible for being the servant leader as part of Agile methodology and lead all the business value delivery in Purchase to Deploy Capability. This role is the face of IT's engineering organization to the company and critical to delivering business recognized value. You will be spending most of your time collaborating across multiple capability teams, working with stakeholders on multiple project dependencies.

In this role you will:

* Develop project charters, stakeholder matrix, manage budget, timeline and delivery of multiple scrum teams.
* Define and oversee a list of dependent projects needed to reach the program's overall goals.
* Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
* Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
* Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
* Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
* Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
