Our client, the New Hampshire Retirement System (NHRS) is seeking an Executive Director (ED).   NHRS is a public employee retirement system that administers a cost-sharing multi-employer defined benefit pension plan (the “Pension Plan”) and a separate cost-sharing, multi-employer postemployment medical subsidy healthcare plan (the “OPEB Plan”).  Combined assets of the two plans is $9.2 billion.

The ED will plan, direct, manage and oversee the activities and operations of the retirement system.  The ED reports to a 13-member board; will oversee a staff complement of 65 and an operating budget of $37 million.  This position is based in Concord, NH.
