Summary of position:

The Sr. Specialist will  manage agency interactions, support with creating, driving and meeting project timelines, conference participation management, and marketing materials management.  Materials will be from the full product life-cycle of HBV, HCV and pipeline products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Project Management support for the Liver Disease Indication Leadership Teams (ILTs) for HBV and HCV.  Collaboration with ILT co-leads on agenda, actions, decision and follow up minutes. 

• Responsible for managing the HBV and HCV Affiliate Site, the single source for all approved marketing materials and resources, and congresses. Update and maintain affiliate sites, acting as site administrator.

• Key GCPS member of the Liver Global Review Committee to ensure timely deliverables of campaign materials with related communication to the affiliate marketing teams.

• Leading team member on the Content Production Center pilot for EPCLUSA brand.

• Interacts with marketing cross-functional teams to provide input into timelines and congress participation.  Coordination of commercial booth presence with input on design and materials for 2 International Medical Congress.

• Budget tracking. Liaison with Finance to ensure accurate OpEx reporting and tracking of franchise budget.

• Engages with the LT to meet and measure goals including department improvement projects.

• Support Liver bi-weekly team meetings: agenda, facilitate meeting, guest speakers etc.
