Qualified candidates will be a team player with the ability to work independently as well.  In addition, strong troubleshooting skills, ability to work on concurrent tasks and perform successfully under pressure will be needed.  Additional qualifications include:  
•    At least 5 years of experience in television engineering and operations;
•    Experience with live, and near live production events as well as remote broadcasts and production;
•    Proficiency with Windows Server/Client platforms, high performance storage systems and video encoding/delivery systems;
•    Experience with operating and programming Evertz server and broadcast automation and play out systems; VistaLINK Pro experience is highly desired.
•    Experience with operating and programming Interra Systems Baton Automated File-based QC and Telestream Vantage Media Processing Systems;
•    Knowledge of broadcast equipment, such as waveform monitors, VTR’s, Video Servers; 
•    Knowledge and experience with industry standard video file formats and their manipulation; 
•    Experience with all digital and tape-based video formats;
•    Ability to read and understand video test equipment including waveform monitor and vector scope;
•    Ability to work remotely and collaboratively; Onsite (midtown NYC) will be required when offices reopen;
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, adaptable to change in new technologies.  Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills will be needed along with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.  Candidates with a college degree are preferred.
