Then we have an opportunity for you!  We are searching for a Marketing Director for our Hefty Waste and Storage business unit located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Marketing Director of Hefty Waste and Storage, you will be responsible for setting the strategic framework brand development and product pipeline development process for the Business Unit.

The Director will lead a functional team of marketers and cross-functional counterparts to deliver product commercialization across a range of branded and private label initiatives. While developing brand equity, positioning and messaging working with insights, agency strategists and creatives. The successful incumbent will track business results and publish; keeping team aware of implications, risk, challenges and profitability of products, lines or services while analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Develop brand equity, positioning and messaging working with insights, agency strategists and creatives.
• Lead multichannel media initiatives including PR, internal and analyst communication, TV, radio, digital, online, programmatic buying and target audience buying direction.
• Generate successive ROI improvement across all media initiatives and campaigns
• Prepare and effectively communicate insightful strategies, presentations and business reports to the executive team.
