Under the general direction of the VP of IS Applications, provides leadership to all application service areas including application portfolio structure, design configuration deployment services and application support/management (care delivery, revenue cycle, and integration. The Director will manage and provide organizational leadership and direction, support and guide the flow of electronic information throughout the organization, and conduct service and operational planning. They will utilize relationship management techniques to manage customer relationships and aid in the fruition of innovative ideas and building stakeholder support. This position will apply product management techniques to set the vision for the product(s), create buy-in with the organization, define and prioritize business outcomes to attain the vision, obtain necessary resources and translate outcomes into features while working across the organization to ensure product success. This leader will be responsible for maintaining optimal system stability, reliability and performance of the application environment.
