Your Role:

As a Senior Process Technology Manager, you will manage capital projects and coordinate with process engineering to improve operations for one of our designated manufacturing plants. The position requires an engineer with a passion to create mill optimization strategies utilizing the latest technologies to increase throughput while improving product quality. You will have the opportunity to:

• Evaluate/Recommend/Implement latest cold mill technologies to achieve mill modernization vision
• Administer capital projects in excess of $1.0MM including defining scope, providing justification, submitting for approval and ensuring project timelines are met through working with multi-crafts and executed flawlessly
• Prepare project updates and action plans
• Ensure quality assurance guidelines and procedures are followed

Ultimately, you will meticulously plan cost and timing, manage implementation, startup and spending all while providing thorough communications with the plant to insure buy-in, customer satisfaction and project success.

We need you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline
• 5+ years of cold rolling experience
• Continuous Improvement / Lean manufacturing background with a strong, demonstrated knowledge of process improvement
• Technical aptitude

• Demonstrated process engineering experience with operational improvements
