The Program Manager will manage the RAAMP program for specific customer with several customer locations across North America. This position will ensure customer satisfaction and effective program management by providing appropriate support and leadership for the customer's locations through direct reports that will execute the RAAMP program. The Program Manager will have overall responsibility for the program performance with customer. The Program Manager will provide management experience to drive Program Value, Program Growth and Program Renewal. * This position will interface with field sales and support management, corporate account managers, product group, customer success group, corporate sales management, and local authorized distributors. * Effectively manage and continuously develop a team of customer embedded resources * Maintain presence and relationships at customer sites and Head Quarters. * Accountable for Program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Services Agreement between Rockwell Automation and Customer. * Primary contact for issue escalation and resolution pertaining to program related issues. * Conducts monthly review meetings with Customer leadership team and regular program review meetings with key stakeholders from Customer and Rockwell Automation reviewing such topics as KPI's, savings/spend goals, inventory reduction goals and reliability efforts. * Enterprise Management of recommended inventory levels and adjustments including the identification of Rockwell Automation parts that Customer should stock or have supplier availability for the purpose of mitigating downtime risk. Process includes analysis for each plant on critical inventory based upon life cycle information on Rockwell Automation products with monthly reporting of those assets, by product family, that are of risk to Customer. * Provide analysis and reports using various information systems to monitor and measure the effectiveness of Program performance. * Lead in development, management and communication of standard operating procedures specific to Customer's program. * Identify and implement cost reductions, service improvements, and productivity improvements in the functional area of inventory management. * Review and analyze performance and growth initiatives on a continuous basis. * Identify and lead pursuit of additional Repair/Remanufacturing Opportunities within Customer's Installed Base. * Identify Needs of Customer, Develop Action Plan, Develop Repair Proposals and Coordinate with Business Unit on Pricing/Delivery Plan, Coordinate Sales Support for growing business with Customer. * Standardization of Reports submitted to Customer. Responsible for monthly submission of reports for all plants to Corporate. * Ability to independently present ideas/solutions to internal/external customers, detailing financial impact. * Maintain effective business relationships with customer * Develop an understanding of the customer's evolving service needs to ensure satisfaction * Strong organizational, analytical, self-management and goal setting skills * Energetic team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills This position manages the delivery (Performance, Growth and Contract pursuit) of the Enterprise RAAMP sites. It works closely with Strategic Accounts Sales team, Local Sales and distribution, and Customer Success Team. The Program Manager is a strategic member of the pursuit team towards RAAMP style contracts and additional sites. The positions will manage and develop the 16 Asset Management Professionals 20 North American sites currently.
