DESCRIPTION Supports pre-sales and post-sales customer service functions by assisting customers, company sales and service representatives with questions on equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems. JOB COMPLEXITY Works on assignments that are semi routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. SUPERVISION Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments. EXPERIENCE Typically requires a minimum of 1 years of related experience. KNOWLEDGE/SKILL Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. SCOPE Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. INTERACTION Frequently interacts with peers and customers (typically internal) to exchange or present factual information.
