Sr Product Security Engineer - Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT)
Join our growing team in the Office of Product Safety and Security as a Senior Product Security Engineer. This high-performing team of like-minded, passionate individuals are responsible for ensuring that our products and solutions are delivered with safety and security in mind to protect our customers and the critical services they provide. This central office works across the entire organization, with everyone from product developers to executives.
In this position, you will lead our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) capabilities globally. The PSIRT handles the coordination of all security incidents or vulnerabilities typically reported via internal teams, customers and/or researchers and leads the resolution and disclosure functions to our customers or downstream users. The work is fast paced, diverse, and has executive level visibility.

As the PSIRT Lead, responsibilities include:
* Manage the vulnerability response process related to Rockwell Automation products in accordance with ISO/IEC 29147 and 30111
* Advise product teams on risk analysis, mitigation and remediations related to product security vulnerabilities
* Working cross-functionally with all business units, development teams, product security team members, customer support, legal and external security researchers to ensure timely resolution of security vulnerabilities or reports.
* Development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the product security incident response tools and process, including all required supporting artifacts.
* Lead risk reviews and risk analysis to identify systematic issues
* Interaction with customers for security questions related to Rockwell Automation products
* Develop threat intelligence and situational awareness documentation for the businesses to make accurate risk decisions
* Coordination of incidents, post exploitation, and reported security issues
* Establishing and sustaining incident communications through resolution
