FUNCTIONAL/OPERATIONAL
* Provide financial support and technical expertise for CNS business
* Yearly AOP and Quarterly forecast preparation ensuring forecast accuracy
* Monthly explanations of Actuals vs. AOP/FCST - preparation of analysis and reporting on variances on Topline, Margins, Utilization
* Provide regular R&O update to the business managers and CSM finance manager
* Review projects and challenge the business/project managers on margins, progress on the project and cash flow outlook
* Provide leadership and direction to the business for the preparation of exhibits for performance reviews, project meetings, and other needs as requested.
* Review quotes and contribute to the approval discussions as per the PARB policy
* Ensure US GAAP/Sox compliance
* Initiate actions to continuously improve financial performance and procedures
* Challenge the business to drive productivity improvements
* Support business plans / recovery plans if any and communicate back to senior management
* Ad hoc requests
BUSINESS PARTNERING ACTIVITIES
* Finance partner to the CNS management and organization including the Remote support group, Network and Security group, the Safety consultancy group and others
* Co-operation with GFO team to ensure proper reporting and timely resolution of issues
* Co-operation with CSM Operations team on all operational CNS aspects
* Providing performance update to EMEA finance management and finance counterparts in Corporate HQ
