90-minute emergency light testing
Painting - Complete painting by doing sections/floors monthly rotating so the entire building is painted once a year.

Quarterly
HVAC Preventative Maintenance on all equipment
Refrigerator Coil cleaning

Monthly
Lighting Preventative Maintenance (check all floors for any lighting outages and replace as necessary)
Pump Churn Test
Vendor Check-In/Out - Meet with vendors as scheduled throughout the month and record time and vendor information on this work order each time a vendor is on site. Turn in the signed vendor log in addition to this work order.

Weekly
Facilities Walk (Weekly facilities walkthrough with store management.)
Facilities Walk (Weekly facilities walkthrough with Studio OPS.)
Roof Drain Cleaning - Walk the roof and inspect/clean all drain traps
Building check - Weekly walk entire building from basement to 7th floor checking the below list and repairing as necessary:
Cabinet/Drawers - all opening/closing properly, any issues with glides/rollers, handles secured, etc.
Ride all elevators and confirm riding correctly and chimes/notifications on each floor are working properly
Check all doors for proper operation to include closers, hinges, kick plates, and push plates
Check all restrooms for leaks, supplies filled, scents present, no toilet paper sitting on handrails, no plungers/toilet cleansers next to the toilets
Janitorial quality walk with supervisor
