Customer Success Manager, Specialist PTC is looking for talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individuals to join our Success Management team where you will have the opportunity to work with leading Internet of Things (IoT) technologies across a range of industries, including Manufacturing, Healthcare, Industrial, Residential, Agriculture, and Energy. Success Management is part of our larger Customer Success team at PTC and is one of our strongest assets, enabling us to strengthen our customer relationships by delivering on our promise of superior technology and proven results. Our team is committed to leading PTC’s IoT Customers and Partners to accelerate first value, recurring value and expanded value for PTC platforms and solutions As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be a passionate advocate for PTC and our Customers. You will be engaged in a combination of automated, data-driven activities and customer engagement to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of PTC's products. Through the use of data analytics, You will identify expansion opportunities and risks to subscription renewals. CSM activities are focused on our Customers' post-sales success. Each CSM will typical have 10 -12 named accounts. As a CSM you will be required to be - people manager, strategic advisor, technical consultant and project manager to successfully manage all the accounts Day-To-Day:
