Key Responsibilities Include: This person will answer inbound phone calls from warm leads, working diligently to convert them into members, in addition to taking inbound calls from customers requesting to cancel their policy and attempting to retain them as customers. This person will also provide support to current members needing support for their pet's medical insurance over the phone, through email, or over chat. Success is based on being a great listener and an out of the box thinker who communicates effectively over the phone and in writing. You're comfortable navigating escalated customers and sensitive conversations with a focus on providing the best experience. You are empathetic and emotionally resilient. Qualifications (Please include a cover letter with your application) Experience: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a fast-paced business-to-customer sales environment and in a customer service-orientated role.
