Rockwell Automation's Customer Support & Maintenance Business is seeking a growth minded, experienced leader with outstanding communication and collaboration skills to join our Portfolio team. The Application Support Product Manager will be responsible for the strategy development and launch execution of global offerings in the application support portfolio. Application support is a component of the lifecycle services offered to customers where Rockwell Automation engineers provide 24/7 monitoring and support for customer specific applications. This role will require broad coordination across commercial, delivery and operations teams to launch application support product offerings based on the priority defined by Rockwell Automation's business leadership. Responsibility includes driving continued double-digit growth of the Application Support portfolio.

* Responsible for the profitable revenue growth of the Application Support & Monitoring product lines.
* Set the strategic vision and lead the execution of the portfolio's service offerings based on market data and feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and sales.
* Close collaboration with peer product managers to develop customer offerings that span across single portfolio components
* Collaboration with services Project Management to execute on launch timelines and execute a disciplined product development process
* On an ongoing basis, identify customer problems, collect customer requirements globally directly from customers and from various sources; market analytics (share and margin); competitive benchmarks to support offering creation or evolution.
* Development and communication of a simple, clear, and consistent product roadmap for the assigned portfolio.
* Adherence to planned costs and schedule for product releases.
* Financial management and control of costs within the assigned departments.
* Collaborate with global sales and marketing to ensure consistent launch material, marketing and sales collateral, and messaging for the assigned portfolio.
