Position Summary:
A unique opportunity to join Rockwell Automation, the world's largest company dedicated to Industrial automation as it seeks to transform its business and customer experience. You will be joining a team dedicated to Understanding, Envisioning and Creating the next generation of customer experiences in the B2B focused industrial automation space.
As part of the Customer Experience Center you will have a key role in defining the customer experience strategy for Rockwell Automation.
This position requires a unique mix of data and business analysis capabilities. You will need to be a business and/or data analyst that has experience with agile methodologies and has experience working with agile teams in a technical environment.
* Ability to understand business concepts and translate to technical design.
* Consistently meeting with business stakeholders to receive business requirements
* Identifying business needs, requirements, constraints and business problems of current systems along with the stakeholders.
* Real-life experience implementing Agile (Scrum or Kanban) or at least active participation in Agile teams developing software solutions (3+ years' experience)
* Attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
* A storyteller who is passionate about presenting results and collecting feedback.
* Ability to simplify complex problems and innovate with straightforward solutions.
* Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
* Additionally, the ability to analyze and manipulate, complex, high volume, high dimensionality data from varying sources, using multiple data analysis techniques would be highly prized.
* A creative thinker in solutioning and presentation.
