FOOD BUSINESS UNIT, NEWELL BRANDS The Director, Brand Management leads the P&L and strategy development for a leading brand in the North America Food Business Unit (categories in Food include cookware, bakeware, cutlery, canning, vacuum sealing, food and pantry storage). He/she brings 10+ years of Brand Management and deep innovation experience, understands how to drive social marketing and support omni-channel sales growth, and has experience driving brands with a longer repurchase cycle. As a member of food brand management leadership, the Brand Director will be responsible for the development of brand positioning and go-to-market sales and communication strategies, grounded in deep consumer, customer, product and market understanding. The Brand Director should be a broad business leader and must work effectively across cross-functional teams, while influencing across the organization.
