JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Graphic Designer to join CBRE's marketing team in the Denver office. This position will provide ample opportunity for professional growth within our creative services group, as we encourage creative exploration by leveraging new technologies, design and marketing trends.
This role is responsible for the layout, design and production activities to produce quality graphic-design artwork. Requires knowledge of Adobe CC, Microsoft Office 365, and a basic familiarity of HTML and coding languages. May contact in-house or outside vendors to verify print specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Produces graphic design artwork to support marketing efforts using technology and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
* Coordinate and produce custom and CBRE branded marketing materials to support CBRE brokers, including but not limited to: booklets, advertisements, brochures, email blasts, websites, proposals, new business presentations, interactive presentations, invitations, and signage.
* Effectively adhere to our corporate brand standards.
* Stay abreast of CBRE supported technology for business development efforts.
* Assist in the preparation to produce large marketing presentations, often with a short lead-time.
* Confers with internal clients to discuss and determine layout design.
* Works on additional special marketing projects.
* Works with vendors to estimate marketing projects and oversee production.
*Submission of portfolio required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's degree in Art, Design/Visual Communications or Marketing
* Minimum of two to five years related experience and/or training
* Commercial Real Estate experience not required, but highly preferred.

Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). Knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Basic proofreading, editing and writing skills required. Exceptional project management and organizational skills required. Ability to effectively quality control their own projects with a keen eye for attention to detail and consistency in format and content structure.
