We are currently looking for a Product Manager to own the enterprise platform management portfolio. Spread across all our product lines, this is a unique opportunity to learn about enterprise video communications and help our customers adopt these technologies quickly and demonstrate ROI using deep analytics, administrative and security capabilities.

• Lead the product strategy for BlueJeans enterprise management platform encompassing web applications for video analytics, administrator controls, security features, and user onboarding.
• Talk to customers and internal stakeholders to understand problems and present innovative solutions.
• Work closely with engineering, design, security, marketing and sales to bring features to market.
• Communicate with stakeholders on product roadmap and status.
• Instrument, track and improve metrics for product adoption and usage.

What we’re looking for...

You are detail-oriented and obsessed with quality. You will have the ability to lead Design and Engineering teams to provide innovative solutions to complex problems, and will have experience working directly with customers, partners, internal executives, and field teams to socialize the solutions BlueJeans offers.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Four or more years of relevant work experience.

• Two or more years Product Management experience.

• Knowledge of the product development lifecycle and software development methodologies.

Even better if you have:

• Strong understanding of the Video Conferencing industry and the equipment that is used within enterprise environment.

• General understanding of the collaboration, conferencing, or video conferencing market.

• Basic design skills, with the ability to visually articulate concepts.

• Strong understanding of telecommunication networks and systems, analytics and security.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and executive stakeholders.

• Passion for design and the desire to champion products that are easy to use.

• Ability to empathize with the various customer personas that will encounter the product.

• Strong knowledge around the enterprise technology ecosystem as it relates to security, device deployment, and device management.

• Ability to set appropriate success metrics and goals for a product at any stage of its lifecycle.
