We are looking for a project manager with graphic design skills and CRE acumen to join our Business Development Marketing team in Nashville. The Marketing Specialist manages and executes against a proven business development process in creating proposal and presentation content across multiple lines of business and manages creation of additional business development material as required. The Marketing Specialist interfaces directly with brokers to gain insight and knowledge about the client and uses that knowledge to contribute to strategy and assist in crafting a win strategy that differentiates CBRE. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages content and design process to create a wide variety of templated and custom proposals and presentations that may include maps, research reports and interactive graphics using advanced graphic and mapping software. Collaborates with marketing colleagues, brokers, research, sales management, location intelligence, product and property marketing in preparing proposal and presentation materials, including writing, editing, designing, verifying and formatting content to create a cohesive story. Reviews internal and external collateral materials for quality control, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding and approves materials for final distribution. Assists in the coordination and implementation of marketing and business development strategies and integrates complex research and analysis to support those strategies. Maintains a working knowledge of design principles, techniques and applications and stays informed of digital trends and design solutions. Ensures that milestones are met while coordinating and consolidating content from multiple stakeholders. Contributes directly to content related to the Company's platform. Innovates and challenges the status quo when possible. Continually improves pursuit content and contributes to the Knowledge Bank. Partners with team members in and outside of marketing to offer and receive feedback, different perspectives and solutions Works within a wide variety of templated and non-templated frameworks. Provides marketing education and training to brokers and client services staff. Other duties may be assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and a minimum of three years of related experience and/or training.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Ability to learn web publishing platform.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to coworkers and supervisor.
