Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Procurement Manager for Indirect Operations located in Hot Springs, AR.

As a Senior Manager of Procurement, you will work closely with executive leadership and operations technical team in supporting and overseeing procurement from a management perspective to ensure required supplies of metal commodities, scrap feed stocks and supplier relationships are managed efficiently and effectively.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Manage the entire process in the planning of metal commodities procurement activities, inventory control and analyzing market intelligence ensuring effectively functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities
• Ensure effective lines of communication to ensure timely delivery of commodities using the most appropriate procurement procedures
• Be responsible for introducing process improvements in the value chain and identify new vendors/suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery
• Ensure full compliance with Reynolds Consumer Products procurement rules and regulations and standard Global procurement policies and procedures

In this role, you will influence internal stakeholders in setting the direction for their functional areas by linking sourcing and business strategies in order to optimize business results.

We need you to have:

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 10+ years total of related experience
• 4-7+ years project procurement management experience, preferably in an aluminum/metals-related markets
• Ability to travel extensively (75% to vendors, Lake Forest, overnights)
• High proficiency in MS Office
• High proficiency in SAP and other enterprise-wide software platforms.

Icing on the cake:

• MBA or other advanced degree
• CPM or CPSM qualification from the Institute for Supply Chain
