The vision of Children’s Wisconsin is for the kids in Wisconsin to be the healthiest in the nation. We currently seek a strategic and innovative leader to lead our Compensation and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team. The Director of Compensation and HRIS will be responsible for driving the evolution of our HRIS to be more efficient, user-friendly, and cost-effective. This leader will research, analyze, design and maintain HR systems for best practice application. Additionally, this key leader will be accountable for improving business processes, providing business expertise for technology projects and engaging with stakeholders to help them understand technology delivery. The incumbent be responsible for the overall design, implementation, communication and administration of the organization’s compensation and recognition programs, and will lead compensation initiatives by applying best practice compensation strategies to provide compensation solutions designed to support business, team and leadership goals. This leader will act as a consultant and lead subject matter expert in compensation based on a deep knowledge of all facets of broad-based and incentive compensation to identify future programs and practices.
