Position Profile

Reporting to the COO, the Intern will support the work of senior level committees as well as participate in project work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing, high quality PowerPoint presentation materials to be shared across audiences.
• Provide support for Corporate Committee and Business Initiatives Committee meetings, including but not limited to, notetaking, follow-up, and project management of strategic tasks.
• Provide support for other committees as needed.
• Prepare, distribute, and present the results of high-quality surveys for improvement of internal operations.
• Develop print and virtual materials consistent with Blue Meridian Partners brand.
• Project manage multiple workstreams to track progress toward key deliverables.
• Assist with other projects as needed.

Qualifications

• The Intern must believe in Blue Meridian’s mission and values.
• At least 2 years of professional experience and a graduate degree, preferably an MBA or MPA.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and genial demeanor, and the ability to work with people with different backgrounds and experiences.
• Analytical skills and facility in quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Good oral and written communications skills; ability to synthesize complex information.
• Demonstrated previous experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations for a wide array of audiences.
• Sound judgment and discretion.
• Results-oriented and delivery focused.
• Excellent computer skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to master new software quickly.
• Comfort level with working independently and as part of a collaborative team via a remote working structure, ability to participate in ongoing Zoom calls.
