Exciting opportunity to help lead Wells Fargo's Human Resources transformation to deliver a new experience to our team through process and technology. The HR Technology Enablement team is hiring a Senior Business Systems Consultant who will lead Employee Service & Digital Channel project teams to deliver compelling and integrated HR technology solutions, ensuring alignment to HR Technology Enablement standards and best practices. The ideal candidate is hands-on, a proven contributor with strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills, knowledge of the project tasks required to deliver solutions leveraging both in-house and SAAS based applications. Candidate must have a proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (partners from COE business partners, HR, Legal, Technology, and Risk) and possess strong interpersonal skills. This position equates to a Wells Fargo Business Systems Consultant 6 job title level. Key Responsibilities Include: - Provide business and technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
- Produce effective documentation to capture and communicate business process and requirements in the format of business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, data definition documents, decision trees, logic diagrams, requirements documents, and user experience flows.
- Translate requirements and system needs into effective customer experiences, collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, system users, and stakeholders to understand and document existing and proposed business processes, requirements, and system needs.
- Act as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by building and/or re-engineering technical and business processes and tools for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business
- Work closely with business partners to evaluate business requirements, plan projects and participate in efficient development, delivery and deployments
- Effectively lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
- Perform business configuration of software products.
- Write high quality business requirements documents, including user stories and agile-centric documentation
- Lead the planning, support and execution of user acceptance cycles, including identifying and documenting all relevant test scenarios and test cases
- Partner with Implementation Readiness teams to support the business, assess user needs, and ensure teams are ready for process and tool changes
- Coordinate data profiling, mapping, and reconciliation tasks and documentation for incoming/outgoing data
- Direct and serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
- Perform quality checks of automated systems.
- Direct user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
