Within the Enterprise Functions Technology group (EFT) we are looking for a Tech Business Systems Associate - Service Delivery Management Technical Lead Analyst to join the Enterprise SharePoint Services team. Our team is responsible for delivering SharePoint as a Service within Wells Fargo for all lines of business and technology. We have one of the largest deployments of SharePoint globally serving over 260,000 team members in more than 30 countries.

This role will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the oversight and day to day execution of the Service Delivery Team's mission
• Lead the design and implementation of improving existing or creating new operational processes
• Assist in leading the transformation of our service model and processes from on-premises to the SharePoint online / M365 cloud
• Modeling all attributes of a senior service delivery manager to for the Enterprise SharePoint Services team
• Ensure that our services are delivered in a world class fashion – one that is referenced as 'The Right Way to Do IT
• Ensure our delivery has a proper focus on partners and end users, ensuring that we engineer our processes and deliver our services how we would want to consume them

• 5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience as demonstrated through work, military, or education
• 3+ years of SharePoint Online experience
• 3+ years of experience working with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Framework
• 3+ years of experience working with the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Framework
• 3+ years of Agile experience

• Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
• Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Agile Scrum (CSM), SAFE certifications or other advanced Agile certifications
• Ability to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetings
• A BS/BA degree or higher

• Experience supporting M365 Services like SharePoint or Microsoft Teams
• ITSM or ITIL certification
• Experience creating, documenting and improving operational processes
