Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, employees, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings, and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.

Lead Consultant to Business Line and enterprise functions responsible for complex financial and economic analysis and model development. Uses specialized financial functional knowledge of complex financial products, pricing implications, regulatory standards, financial performance metrics, and financial forecasting to design and implement robust models and complex non-model quantitative tools that support strategic decision making. Advises line of business and enterprise functions senior leadership on business strategies based on analysis of performance metrics, trends in population distributions, predictive scenario modeling, and other complex analysis to maximize profits and asset growth and minimize operating losses within the risk and other operating standards. Interprets and translates regulatory defined stress test scenarios into model parameters, evaluates results of stress test and interpretation of model output. Leads design and implementation of database structures/software tools in support of effective data sourcing strategies. Responsible for performing activities related to creation, implementation, documentation, and on-going maintenance of financial models. Performs activities requiring subject matter expertise at mastery level in quantitative, statistical, and data science theories and methodologies as well as related software tools. Leads implementation of most complex projects/initiatives impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise. Understands compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and works with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives. May interface with external agencies, regulatory bodies, and/or industry forums. May act as a team lead in providing work guidance or mentorship to other employees.

• 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: analytics, engineering, reporting, financial modeling, statistical modeling, finance, or accounting
• 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics, financial reporting, accounting reporting, risk reporting or other area directly tied to the essential functions of the role

• A BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis
• 3+ years of experience leading SaaS application configuration
