EGS Commercial Real estate team has 470+ team members across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. This team provides back-end support on all commercial real estate loans originated by Wells Fargo and provides servicing support for 500+ billion outstanding loans. About the RoleThis role is responsible for administering Reserves Disbursement & LOC function. Duties for this role will include supervising the functional applications, Process Mailboxes, resolving reserve/cash related escalations, Letter of Credit transactions. The supervision of Reserve Disbursement Process also includes collaborating and developing partnerships with LOB, bringing in the teams practices on the lines of procedures and current practices, setting performance and quality standards, training and coaching team members, ensuring quality, timeliness, and accuracy of processes. Work with Special Servicers, Internal Partners, Third Party vendors and Borrowers to complete Reserve Disbursements while ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Reviewing, prioritizing, and monitoring daily work to meet deadlines and goals; monitoring work in progress making adjustments as needed; giving performance feedback and training to TMs; addressing scheduling issues, including absences and tardiness; representing business at meetings. Essential Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
- Experience of more than 3 years minimum in Cash Functions in Commercial Real Estate
- Knowledge in Commercial Real Estate will be an added advantage
- High level understanding of US Real Estate, Mortgage, Commercial Mortgage Servicing, loan agreements and documentation
