Infrastructure Release Management Governance (IRMG) Systems Support Analyst (SSA) 4 It's an exciting time to be a part of the Infrastructure Release Management Governance (IRMG) team! This position will help shape and transform infrastructure release management at Wells Fargo. This role will be responsible for providing independent oversight of infrastructure release activities, in order to effectively manage risks associated with deployments to targeted systems. The primary responsibilities of this position is to drive adherence to the IRMG standards, processes and controls.
About Role and Responsibilities :
Provide day to day support, training and guidance for participants in the IRMG process Review and approve 'Release Record' (release deployment plans) to validate that requirements are met Monitor release schedule milestone dates, report on past due items and facilitates schedule updates Produce status reports to stakeholders highlighting Release Record activity Partner with technology teams to onboard into the process and train on the IRMG requirements Produce monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting and data analysis Support and administer SharePoint Archive files and communications (Record Retention) Manage distribution lists and stakeholders Execute controls and processes Track and report on adherence to the IRMG requirements Partner with Stakeholders to maintain efficient process operations, problem resolution and implement continuous process improvements
Essential Qualifications:
Graduation with 5+ years of systems support analysis experience Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to interact effectively at varying levels of the business and technical organizations Knowledge and understanding of the release management lifecycle Ability to manage a process and implement updates while caring for upstream and downstream impacts Ability to perform problem identification and analysis Understanding of policy, procedures and controls Knowledge and understanding of ITIL Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated experience in the identification of process improvements incorporating best practices and lessons learned Ability to create and maintain process documentation Demonstrated experience implementing or coordinating releases or projects Demonstrated experience developing plans and associated tasks to complete small to medium sized work efforts Demonstrated experience influencing team members within an organization Ability to prioritize work based on sense of urgency
