About the Role:
Information Security organization has a new opportunity in IAM Tools team for a Software Engineer. This multi-phase program will bring stakeholders across the organization into a single governance structure for entitlements management as well as centralize core and critical assets to one strategic platform. The individual in this role will provide high level technical systems consultation, expertise and delivery.
Responsibilities:
Contribute as a key player in the building of the framework, tools, services, and governance process execution and provides recommendations and support related to changes in the technology stack supporting role based access. Supports and contributes to design and engineering framework Participates in the development of technical support strategies and plans. Recommends solutions related to automation or manual provisioning and/or certification processes in response to complex business problems. Able to harmonize and plan the implementation of longer-term design solutions or projects with interim solutions or workarounds. Acts as an internal consultant regarding use of tools and process re-engineering to improve delivery. Oversees the creation of diagnostic, simulation and other tools to maintain, enhance and/or restore service or data to systems. Leads support projects and migrations from development to production, upgrades, installations and/or configurations. Works in partnership to technically lead and identify solutions to incorporate roles and access for employees combined/mapped, such as email, and remote access. Serves as an SME and Technical IAM resource to handle issues on centralizing core and critical assets to one strategic platform.
Essential Qualifications:
A minimum of 6+ years of development experience, specifically designing/developing systems from the ground up. Experience in both front (user interface) and back end design (services, messaging, DB, ETC). Experience developing interoperability solutions, whether it's messaging, ETL, web services, ETC. Experience in developing solutions using SSIS and SSRS using SQL Server Experience developing in C# , ASP.NET and .NET Core Experience developing client rich web applications using MVVM or MVC design patterns with well-known JavaScript libraries (E.G. Angular, Knockout, etc.) Expert knowledge of relational databases and able to design data models to support transactional and reporting systems. Functional working knowledge of capital markets concepts, terminologies, trade life cycles, ETC and having good experience in Change Management and Release Management Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Market Skills and Certifications
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in migrating applications to cloud. Added advantage if worked in PCF- Pivotal Cloud Foundry. Familiarity with Agile or Rapid Application Development methodologies Experience with directory management applications such as LDAP/Active Directory Emotional intelligence – Ability to strike the right balance of leading and listening Banking Industry knowledge
