The Compliance Technology Software Engineer (SE) will have a technical developer role in the team responsible for design and development of the Testing & Validation and Issues Management relation use cases in RSA Archer. This will be a cohesive platform offering end-to-end automation of testing and validation functionality, including – annual planning, plan & prepare, test execution, issue management & validation, capacity, resource & time management, system & data integration and producing related reports & dashboards. This SE will be actively engaged in overall technical design and implementation using RSA Archer 6.x along with other technology and integration tools. The success of the role will require focusing on delivering the solution per requirements with a quick turnaround time and yet without any compromise on quality. This role will need a strong ability to work independently to complete development task as we as developing partnerships and working closely with business teams, and other groups within the technology team such as the BA and QA teams to ensure delivery per requirements and alignment with technology standards and best practices.
