Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, employees, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.

The Transfer Pricing Manager - Americas will support the international corporate tax team in the implementation, management and review of the group's Transfer Pricing.   The Transfer Pricing Manager - Americas will be an important member of the Corporate Tax team providing the focus, direction, and quality of the Transfer Pricing function in a manner consistent with Wells Fargo's expectations for how we work.

• Design and manage a new Transfer Pricing oversight framework in collaboration with various internal stakeholders
• Assist with management of an Americas regional governance framework to monitor the effective selection, implementation and documentation of Transfer Pricing policies
• Support the development and design of group-wide and regional Transfer Pricing policies
• Monitor financial data of related party transactions provided by other functional support groups
• Assist with preparation of OECD Masterfile documentation and contemporaneous local country Transfer Pricing documentation for the Americas region
• Provide Transfer Pricing input to new initiative/product meetings and business line projects
• Work with other corporate teams to support the governance of all aspects that are relevant for Transfer Pricing
• Assist with Transfer Pricing audits and questions from tax authorities, regulators and other external bodies
• Monitor changes to global and regional Transfer Pricing regulations and perform impact assessment as appropriate

• 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Corporate Tax, Finance, Accounting, Analytics or Reporting

• 3+ years of financial services experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• 3+ years of Transfer Pricing experience either in practice or in-house
• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or International Business.
• Advanced degree with a focus on International Business, Finance and/or Tax preferred
• Excellent understanding of Transfer Pricing concepts, the OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines, U.S. and Canadian Transfer Pricing regulations as well as the interaction of international guidelines and country-specific rules
• Strong understanding of tax, finance and regulatory reporting interdependence
