Department Overview
Operations Quality Management (OQM) supports Wells Fargo Payments Virtual Solutions and Innovation (PVSI), Operations Department and is identified as front line of defense. Front line of defense, is primarily responsible for identifying and managing risk within the operation it supports. Quality assurance is a detective function, which reviews calls or transactions to mitigate risks such as: compliance, credit, operational, reputational, and legal. Additionally, quality provides oversight across operations ensuring policy adherence, excellent customer experience, regulatory expectations and appropriate third party management. OQM conducts Quality Assurance Activities (herein after referred to as 'QA') effectively to provide reasonable assurance that processes and risk-mitigating controls are operating as designed and expected. Furthermore, these activities will enable proactive self-identification of issues and events, root cause analysis, reporting, and resolution of process and control deficiencies.
About the Role
You will work as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking's (CSBB) Operations Business Excellence and Support (OBX), Operations Quality Management (OQM) team. The MIS Reporting Analyst 3 is responsible in creating, generating management and team performance reports, dashboards, ad-hoc reports and work on process improvement projects. Identify manual reports and automate the reports to increase efficiency. Responsibilities Responsibilities will include Indigo monthly scorecard maintenance (changes, additions, deletions), Daily to weekly work assignments, which will include pulling data, applying sample, uploading to Indigo, and assigning work. Required supporting the OQM QA team with reporting (Tier 4, Self-Assurance Activity (SAA), and Tableau) As needed, develops specific, customized reports, ad hoc analyses, and/or data visualizations
Essential Qualifications
University degree in any discipline Experience of at least three years in reporting and analysis (experience in Indigo reporting is preferred) High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Tableau, SQL & VB Strong analytical skills with eye to details Fluency in English and Strong communication skills both written and spoken Flexible with working in US operational hours i.e. India night shifts – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AMDesired Qualifications
Proficient in other Microsoft applications Critical thinking Problem Solving Detail Oriented Takes ownership for responsibilities.
