The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Fluency Direct Adoption Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Assisting customers with implementing the Fluency Direct software
• Train customers how to most effectively use the Fluency Direct software
• Troubleshooting customer issues and working to a successful resolution
• Ensuring continuous optimization of workflows and use of the Fluency Direct software

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in customer service in lieu of the Bachelor's degree education requirement
• Two (2) years of customer service or account management experience
• Two (2) years of experience with speech recognition in the physician user domain is preferred

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Familiarity with EMR systems, implementation and physician training
• Excellent virtual training skills
• Knowledgeable in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows
• Experience to manage multiple customers/implementations at once
• Experience to problem solve quickly and effectively and follow up with customer timely

Location: Remote

Travel: May include up to 30%

Relocation Assistance: remote employee no relocation for hire required.

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
