This is a newly created position that will manage a team responsible for Wells Fargo's Human Resources (HR) Vendor Management Engagement process. This Vendor Engagement Management Leader will directly manage a team of Business Support Consultants to establish a collaborative way in working with 3rd party vendors, Wells Fargo Line of Business Leaders and other internal Stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Sourcing, HR Control & Third Party Risk, as well as HR Outsourcing. This manager will report to Wells Fargo's Head of HR Vendor Management and Global Delivery. Wells Fargo's HR Vendor Management and Global Delivery team is responsible for HR's 'build versus buy' strategy for all current and future third-party vendor engagements for consulting, design, and service delivery activities. This will include centralizing vendor strategy and engagement management, as well as establishing our future global HR delivery plan, activities, and the partnerships necessary to enhance our multi-site delivery capabilities and resources. The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule. NC-Charlotte: Min: $123,900 Mid: $177,000 Max: $230,100 Salary range is determined by the location of the job.
