Market Job Description
The successful candidate will play a critical role as data scientist who applies advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to build, maintain, and improve on multiple real-time decision systems, conducts advanced data analysis and highly complex designs algorithm, and analyzes and interprets data from various sources mainly to monitor and proactively manage the compliant state of Wells Fargo Technology Infrastructure Core Engineering asset classes including Distributed Servers, Storage, Mainframe, Midrange, Database, Network and Data Center. The candidate will take previous hands-on experience in data science, data visualization, human computer interaction, user experience design, , web- based reporting, coding experience, data analytics,business analytics experience and compliance background to support this mission allowing the enterprise to effectively manage safety and soundness compliance variables and controls throughout the end-to-end asset lifecycle including patch compliance, vulnerability management, configuration drift management, data attribute quality, asset configuration accuracy and lifecycle currency.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a lead in providing analytics design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs.
- Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications.
- Provides coding direction to less experienced staff or develops highly complex original code.
- Acts as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts.
- Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs.
Essential Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
- As a BI Developer you are Responsible for Design, develop, test and deploy new reports based on Business requirements in Microstrategy
- As Microstrategy Developer , should be able to work on Enhancements ,improvements and maintaining existing reports
- Strong experience in Microstrategy Architecture and experience in creating Schema Objects, Public Objects and Advanced reports in Microstrategy
- Knowledge in Creating Cubes, Transaction Reports and Subscriptions in Microstrategy
- 3+ years' experience: SQL Server Query/Analysis
- 2+ years' experience: Report design & development
- 2+ years of experience with BI Tools, Tableau, Microstrategy, Microsoft BI
- Knowledge in T-SQL
- Experience in PAC2000
- Should have experience in analyzing data using Microsoft Excel
- Able to perform Data Cleansing/Issue identification
